Welcome to Nigeria Biotechnologies Industries Limited (Nibio), a small-scale enterprise, registered with number 6919014 at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria on 29 March 2023 to carry on business as general contractors and merchants, to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles, substances, products and services that will enable it realize its set objectives.

Nibio was established to carry on the business of exporting, importing, preparing for market and dealing in all kind of goods and raw materials in any part of the World. Generally, Nibio was incorporated to carry on the business of general merchants and Industrialists, amongst others.
